Egg Benedict






INGREDIENTS
English muffin
Butter
Poached Egg
Bacon or Ham
Hollandaise Sauce
Parsley


PROCEDURE
1. Plate toasted muffin into the plate.
2. Placed the poached egg over the english
muffin
3. Over the poached egg place the toasted bacon.
4. Pour hollandise sauce over.
5. Serve.
